i live in vegas and i wanna start my little vending machines business …i wanna put my machines in like markets or restaurants and im wandering if a need a permit

Check with the State of Nevada web site. Look for tabs that say something about starting a small business. You will likely need a way to collect and pay sales tax. There are also probably regulations about where and what type of vending machines you may use.

Not only do you need a permit, you need a business since these "like" markets and restaurants put in their own vending machines.

No for under say 100 machines normally – though it differs from state to state.
One site that I get a ton of great info from is nvcandy.com – they used to have a 2010 vending guide with all that info (And great supplies too!)
