How to start a vending machine business?

I would like to purchase a pops or chips vending machine. I live in Michigan. Where to get one, and what licenses I need? Thanks.

Yes you have to apply for the proper license to sell vending machines and you also must find out where you would like to place the machines. You will have a make deals with the location that you are looking at putting them. Also, just in case the key is stripped or if you lose the key you need to purchase a tubular pick for these odd ball scenarios. Just go to a search engine like Google or Yahoo and enter vending machine companies. A list of vending companies will come up and you can choose the one you like. The company doesn’t have to be in Michigan, they will ship the machines to you.

I don’t live in Michigan, but here in N.C. all I needed was a business license at the time which was less than $10.00. I think all you need now in N.C. is a tax number and that is free.
