Where can I buy a used truck or trailer suitable for vending?
Hi, I live in New Jersey. I am looking to start a hot dog Business along with soda, chips, and ice cream. I would bring it to my daughters soccer games and other activities in the neighborhood. If I were to buy a truck, it would look like a ups or ice cream truck. If i were to buy a trailer, i would tow it behind my pick-up. The size of the trailer would be about 6' X 14'. If you know somewhere I could get one of these for under 5000, please let me know. Thanks!
Advertise for a used ice cream truck, don't forget to buy a vendor license.
Some places won't allow you to sell on their property so get permission before starting. If you run over a kid on someone's property while doing commercial business their insurance probably won't cover them and your insurance might not cover you when you are sued.
Look on Craigslist.
